A large commercial company instructed us to help it understand its safeguarding obligations and to create appropriate safeguarding systems, particularly in relation to its workforce including apprentices and work experience individuals. This work included:
Consultation with the company to understand its operations and structures
Identifying systems and personnel that would work best and in a proportionate way to resources and existing structures
Drafting and finalising a suite of policies
Assisting in the design and implementation of record keeping systems and reporting structures
Bespoke training delivered to designated safeguarding staff, and those acting as safeguarding officers throughout the organisation
Consideration of how best to deliver relevant learning across the workforce
