St Francis Multi Academy Trust Annual Conference

This theme of this Autumn Conference was ‘Belonging.’ For the first time since the Trust was formed, the conference was held to bring together all schools in the Trust. There was a series of development sessions and workshops held throughout the day. Adele’s workshop focussed on:

• The current definition of safeguarding
• How our understanding of safeguarding has changed in previous years, especially post pandemic
• Current trends and risk factors
• Current challenges for schools and best practice tips to address these
